Digital Product Policy
All products sold on theelegantplanner.com are digital products unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This means we are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after purchase.
Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered. Because files are available immediately after purchase, we are unable to verify that they have not been downloaded, copied, saved, or used.
For this reason, digital planner files, journals, stickers, covers, templates, inserts, wallpapers, and other downloadable products are non-refundable.

Please make sure you have a compatible device and app before purchasing.
Order Issues
Although we do not offer returns or refunds for digital products, we truly want you to be happy with your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases
