Stickers are one of the best parts of digital planning! They make your planner feel more personal, creative, and fun to use—whether you’re highlighting an important reminder, decorating your weekly spread, or adding a little joy to your routine. Mix and match icons, labels, doodles, and decorative pieces to make each page feel uniquely yours while still keeping everything organized and functional.
Goodnotes
Step 1: Download the sticker file
From your iPad, tap the Download button included with your purchase. This will open the sticker file in Safari through Dropbox.
You do not need to sign in to Dropbox to download your files.
Step 2: Save the file to your iPad
Once the Dropbox page opens, tap Download.
Next, locate the Downloads button in the top right corner of Safari and tap the Stickers file. This will open the file in your default file app, such as Files or iCloud Drive.
Step 3: Unzip the sticker folder
In your Files app, tap the Stickers.zip file to unzip it.
Your iPad will automatically create a new folder with all of your stickers sorted inside. Once the folder appears, you’re ready to start using them in Goodnotes.
Step 4: Open Goodnotes side by side
For the easiest setup, open Goodnotes next to your sticker folder.
To do this, swipe up from the bottom of your iPad screen to bring up the dock. Then, tap and drag the Goodnotes app to the left or right side of your screen.
This will allow you to view your stickers and planner at the same time.
Step 5: Drag and drop your stickers
Press and hold the sticker you want to use, then drag it directly onto your planner page in Goodnotes.
You can place the sticker anywhere on the page and adjust it as needed.
Step 6: Edit your sticker in Goodnotes
Once your sticker is on the page, tap it once to resize, rotate, move, or delete it.
Tap it twice to open the selection menu. From there, you can copy, paste, crop, share, or add the sticker as an element.
Optional: Save favorite stickers as Goodnotes Elements
If there are stickers you plan to use often, you may want to save them as Goodnotes Elements.
To do this, tap the sticker, choose Add Element, and save it to a sticker collection. This makes it much easier to access your favorite stickers later without going back into your Files app each time.
Helpful tip
The stickers are organized by file name, so they’re easy to search for later. For example, if you’re looking for a meeting sticker, type “meeting” into the search bar in your Files app to quickly find related stickers.

Step 2: Download the sticker folder
Once you’re on the Dropbox page, tap Download.
Then, locate the download in your files. Depending on your tablet settings, you may be prompted to unzip the file and name the unzipped folder.
Step 3: Insert the sticker into Goodnotes
Open Goodnotes and your sticker folder side by side.
To do this, press and hold the Goodnotes app in your dock or recent apps view, then drag it until you see Drop Here to Open.
Once both Goodnotes and your sticker folder are open, press and hold the sticker you want to use. Then drag it directly onto your planner page.
Step 4: Edit your sticker
Tap the sticker to copy, delete, or move it around the page.
You can also use the lasso tool to select the sticker or any handwritten elements around it. From there, you can choose Add Element and save the design to a collection. This is especially helpful for stickers or layouts you plan to use often.
To access your saved collection later, tap the Sticker icon in the Goodnotes toolbar.
Noteshelf on Samsung

Open your planner in Noteshelf.
Then, tap the plus sign (+) in the top left corner and select Photo. From there, choose the sticker you want to add to your page.
It may be helpful to spend a few minutes organizing your stickers into albums first so they’re easier to find and access later.
Step 4: Edit your sticker
Once your sticker is placed, Noteshelf will give you options to resize, rotate, cut, copy, and adjust it as needed.
You can also use the lasso tool to select the sticker after it has been placed. Drag the lasso around the sticker, then use the menu options to move, resize, copy, or delete it.
